Vineyards

Our vineyards, thanks to which we produce the four wine labels, are located in the Municipality of Randazzo, in the Allegracore, Passopisciaro and Pirao districts. They are exposed to the north, at about 700/950 meters above sea level on a volcanic terrain on the slopes of Etna. The Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci personally follows the entire production process, from the care of the vine, grown in a natural way without the use of chemicals, to the refinement in the bottle.
